Its types are: bottom filling adhesive, cofferdam filling adhesive, COB bonding adhesive, inductive adhesive and so on.

At present, there are single component and two-component high thermal

conductivity silicone products, especially recommended: 1. Thermal conductive silicone grease: no oil separation within two years, far exceeding the international brand products imported from the industry.
